Unimicron
Unimicron was founded in 1990 with Liandian as its biggest holder. In 2001 it merged with Qunce Electronics and Hengye Electronics, in 2002 merged with Dingxing Electronics, 2009 merged with Quanming, in 2011 acquired 100% share of Ruwel (Germeny) and 75% share of Clover(Japan).
His business includes PCB(Multi-layers, High layers, HDI, Rigid-flex, FPC, BGA, FCCSP, FCBGA, etc.) and connectors.

In 2017, its revenue reaches 64.99 billion TWD (2.138 billion USD), where HDI covers about 39%, multi-layers covers about 14%, FPC covers about 5%. In 2018, its sales revenue reaches 75.72 TWD (2.51 USD), where HDI covers about 38%, multi-layers PCB covers about 14% and FPC 5%.
