In reply of the persuit for new technology and PCB types, we have recently successfully finished the manufacturing of flexible LED PCB in maximum lengths.
For this type of PCB, we are using physical cutting instead of chemical etching & plating, that means the manufacturing of PCB has been much more enviromental friendly.
Despite of this fact, the new technology is full automation which can achieve continuous SMT process instead of half/one meter SMT. In other words, there is no welding in 50 meters long and saving labor as much as 80%.

Interesting example, especially the continuous SMT process for very long flexible LED PCBs.
